Barnes?Jewish Hospital is seeking a Supervisor to lead our Clinical Pharmacy Specialists in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine. In this role, you will combine advanced clinical practice with team leadership, providing pharmaceutical care to critically ill ICU patients while guiding and developing a high?performing group of clinical pharmacy specialists.

PGY1 residency required. PGY2 residency strongly preferred.

Role Purpose

Assists the pharmacy manager with overseeing clinical, educational, drug use policy and research activities of the department. Provides oversight to the evaluation and recommendation of appropriate drug therapy to achieve optimal cost-effective patient outcomes.
