Our fee-for-service periodontal office with two locations in northern Cincinnati and south Dayton areas is seeking an Associate Periodontist to join our team. As a solo practitioner looking to expand hours and cover both offices more effectively, we offer the possibility of partnership or buyout in the future. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality periodontal care and be committed to patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include performing periodontal examinations, diagnosing and treating gum diseases, performing surgical procedures, and collaborating with the dental team to create comprehensive treatment plans. This position offers a competitive starting salary of $250K+ with opportunities for growth.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. A DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school and completion of a periodontics residency program are required. Active licensure in Ohio and board certification in periodontics are also necessary. Experience in managing periodontal cases and working in a dental practice setting is preferred.
