The WeCare4® Trusted Advisor™ must be able to assess the needs of the client, answer their questions, provide guidance, and present the many resources available to them through the WeCare4® platform and community. If a WeCare4® Trusted Advisor™ becomes an expert in all the resources in a particular geography and wishes to take a more active WeCare4® role in that community/geography, they can apply to become a WeCare4® chapter leader or WeCare4® franchisee. This is a remote independent contractor position with flexible time commitment and hours and can be either part-time or full-time depending on client demand. The WeCare4® Trusted Advisor™ will post their availability for advisory sessions in a WeCare4® provided calendar and payment system through which clients will be able to book and pay for consultations. Clients can choose a specific WeCare4® Trusted Advisor™ or choose to speak with the next one available. Training and certification programs are available. Compensation for each advisory session will be a function of experience and geography.

WeCare4® supports family and friend caregivers and/or coordinators of care, professional care providers, and the entire ecosystem that supports them, including all for-profit and nonprofit companies, organizations, care facilities/institutions, and other product or service providers (e.g., eldercare advisors, attorneys, financial planners, etc.). WeCare4® also seeks to break down the existing silos of information and resources that all caregivers need and must explore.
