The Medical & Health Services Assistant provides entry-level administrative support to clinical and operational teams. This role helps coordinate patient services, maintain records, and support daily healthcare operations while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with privacy standards. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling appointments and service coordination

• Enter and update patient and administrative information

• Maintain and organize electronic health records

• Respond to basic patient and internal inquiries

• Support departmental administrative tasks and reporting

• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
