About the Practice

Founded in 2023, Just Keiki has become a trusted and respected pediatric dental practice in the community. We are proud to provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art pediatric dental care in a warm, positive, and team-focused environment. It is a two-doctor practice with six chairs (3 open bay, 3 closed ops). The office is in-network with limited PPO insurances to maximize efficiency and timely reimbursements. We are currently open for clinic 4 days a week, 9-4pm. Easy hours to have a dawn-patrol surf session or drop your kids off at school! Closed on weekends. OR days are flexible, usually scheduled twice a month.

• CO2 laser for tongue and lip ties

• SOAN

• Zirconia crowns

• ADEC equipment

• Oral scanner, 3D printing

• Access to hospital OR

• Fully digital and updated technology

• Strong hygiene program and steady patient flow

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly minimum guarantee that averages $1,200 per clinic day

• 35% of adjusted production (clinic)

• 50% of adjusted production (OR cases)

• $5,000 relocation stipend

• CE match up to $1,500 annually

• Medical, vision, and dental plans available

• Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time options)

• For interested candidates, there are clear pathways to partnership and/or future ownership as this practice has lots of capacity to grow

• Experienced dentists or new graduates welcomed (mentorship available)

Just Keiki Pediatric Dentistry is a privately owned pediatric dental practice founded and operated by Dr. Erica Hollander. Dr. Erica earned her dental degree from Oregon Health & Science University and completed her pediatric dental residency training in Hawaii through NYU Lutheran. Established in 2023, the practice is located on Maui and has become a well-respected and integral provider of pediatric dental care within the community, recognized for its commitment to the most up-to-date procedures and technology, a fun and loving work environment, and a commitment to efficient and throughout patient care.
