We are seeking an LMSW to join our Senior Behavioral Health team at Girard Medical Center.                                                                                                                              

The qualified candidate will provide group therapy and case management to patients on the Inpatient Unit, and in the Structured Outpatient Program as needed.  The successful candidate will perform psychosocial assessments and develop mutually agreed upon treatment plans with patients. Must be able to work collaboratively on a multidisciplinary team. Preferred experience includes behavioral health and/or experience with the geriatric population.  

Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours/week; On-call every third weekend

Location:  Girard Medical Center.

Education: Master's degree in social work and one year of post-masters experience providing clinical social work, preferable in a health care setting   Must be licensed, or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Experience: One year in a behavioral health setting with individual and group therapy.
