SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for coordinating the administrative functions for the Phlebotomy Department. Supervise personnel to include workflow direction, hiring, performance management and applicable policy interpretation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Associate's degree plus 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Supervisory, workflow, or coordination experience required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Organizational skills and project management skills preferred
