Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator - TVC 1st Care Clinic
Overview This position supports the daily operations and staffing needs of the unit or department under the direction of the director. Provides clinical support, promotes effective teamwork, and applies critical thinking to support staff and patient care. Acts as a point of contact between team members across disciplines, facilitating communication, education, and problem-solving. Contributes to the quality and consistency of services across the healthcare system. Supports the implementation of policies, procedures, and standards of care, and may assist in various administrative tasks as directed. Pay & Benefits: Compensation: $38.42 - $63.35 hourly wage based on experience and education
