Job DescriptionJob SummaryThis UMMS residency will allow an individual to observe, learn, and perform as a member of the UM SJMC Executive Team. The position includes work in organizational strategic planning, performance improvement, project leadership, and project management. The residency also offers opportunities to work on and lead projects at any one of the UMMS Member Organizations within the system.
