SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Provides high-quality scheduling experience and deploys excellent customer service engagement skills by phone. Schedules accurately for all specialty areas supported in Phone Access Group against scheduling guidelines. 

Responsible for the daily operations and coordination of health appointments for a designated patient population and for ensuring appropriate and timely communication/information regarding medical service, access, physician and service referral, and direction of services offered at the organization. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of related experience required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
• Prior Call Center, Healthcare IT, or Healthcare operational experience is highly preferred.
• Prior Ambulatory practice site experience preferred.
• Strong customer service background preferred.
