SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the general supervision of the Vice President of Supply Chain, the Program Director of Patient Services creates and maintains a business strategy that results in exceptional patient experience in various hospitality services to include but not limited to environmental services, food and nutrition, linen, valet and patient transportation. This role involves a strategic blend of leadership and innovation, guiding teams across various departments to deliver outstanding service while also managing the financial and operational aspects of the hospitality environment. By fostering a culture of hospitality that prioritizes patient satisfaction, the Director of Patient Services plays an instrumental role in shaping the reputation and success of the health system through a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelor's degree required
Seven (7) years of related experience in a healthcare or relative industry setting focused in hospitality services.
Five (5) years of leadership experience required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Master?s degree preferred
