We are actively looking to hire a Clinical Pharmacy Director - HIV/ID to join our team in this highly clinical leadership capacity working with fellow providers, pharmacy leaders, and clinical pharmacy specialists to provide the best patient care possible in our progressive environment. The opportunity offers a chance for growth in leadership and you will be considered the subject matter expert with about an 80/20 split in time between HIV & other Infectious Disease states in the outpatient setting while managing a team of 4 other clinical leaders directly, 6 indirectly. All applicants must have, at minimum, a PharmD along with a PGY1 residency in either hospital, ambulatory care, or a highly clinical setting.
