Gove County Medical Center, a critical access hospital in rural Northwest Kansas is seeking a Laboratory Manager to provide leadership and direct the training, development and supervision of laboratory personnel. To be qualified for this position you must have a BS degree or be a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in high complexity testing.
The position will function as a working manager within with hospital setting. As the Laboratory Manager you will be a knowledgeable leader and mentor for new and experienced Clinical Laboratory Personnel alike. As an experienced Clinical Laboratory Technician and Laboratory Manager, you will utilize your hands on skills and advanced knowledge to increase operational efficiencies and maintain employee morale and increase retention.
