Our care traffic control center (CTCC) is at the heart of the Children's Minnesota organization overseeing the operations of each hospital dispersed between three campuses. Our staff includes dedicated hospital nursing supervisors and staffing office personnel who work closely together as we continuously monitor each hospital's unit activity and staffing needs while maintaining the organizational core value of putting "kids first." The CTCC department provides a distinctive opportunity for team members to lead through collaboration with each unit in prioritizing patient flow, triaging operational issues or clinical staffing areas of concern, and organizing overall daily staffing resources within one of the largest pediatric health systems in the United States.
