Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Medical Office Associate for the Atlantic Hematology/Oncology Physician office in Morristown, NJ.
Responsibilities
Essential Function/Responsibilities:
- The MOA will manage heavy phone volume, greet patients, schedule and confirm appointments, process referrals and pre-certs/authorizations, enter patient demographics and information, verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays and end of day cash balance, and other front end duties typical of a physician practice.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma
Minimum Experience
- Prior administrative experience in a physician practice strongly preferred
- Knowledge of computer scheduling and Epic experience a plus
