Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Medical Office Associate I for the Radiology-Administration at Morristown Medical Center to work 12:00PM - 8PM.
Responsibilities
Essential Function/Responsibilities:
- Epic Registration and Scheduling
- Answering incoming calls from private practices
- pre-call vaccination status
- physicians and various hosp depts
- Pre-registration
- Obtaining insurance auth
- Ordering Office Supplies
- Provide administrative support to charge RN and leadership
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma Required
Minimum Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of patient care
- EPIC & pre-authorization experience a plus
