Responsibilities
Functions/ Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with practice managers in practice operations, MOA training, front desk workflows, and staffing coverage.
Oversee front desk training and new hire orientations for practice locations
Investigate and monitor revenue cycle metrics such as denials, billing corrections, time of service collection rates, and open encounters.
Monitor front desk registration, referral, and self-pay estimate work-ques in Epic
Monitor patient survey trends and comments
Qualifications
Minimum Education Required:
High School Diploma
Minimum Experience Required:
Outpatient practice experience
Epic experience preferred
