Overview
Atlantic Helath System is seeking a Full time Radiographer for the Radiology department, to work 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm, including on-call and every 4th weekend as required by department. This position will be located at Morristown Medical Center.
Responsibilities
- Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal and professional guidelines.
- Demonstrates knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care of all equipment.
- Maintains all equipment for procedures, assesses safety, procedure, physical and physiological comfort of patient.
- Monitor for procedure revisions, coordinates daily imaging procedure, etc.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiography required
License/Certifications:
- Current licensure from the NJDEP required
- CPR required
- Radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
Relevant Experience:
- 1 year of Radiography experience in a Hospital setting is strongly preferred
