Atlantic Health System is seeking a part-time Crisis clinician at Newton Medical Center. The hours for this position will be a varied 12 hour shift and every other weekend.
Evaluate emergency department-referred patients with behavioral health and psychiatric emergencies.
Conduct screening evaluations.
Coordinate with an interdepartmental treatment team.
Complete accurate, timely documentation.
Provide county screening services.
Bachelors degree in mental health field and expereince required
Masters degree in mental health field and expereince preferred
1 year post-masters full time professional experience in a psychiatric setting
3 years post-bachelors full time experience in a psychiatric setting, one of which is in a crisis setting
2 years post-bachelors full time professional experience in a psychiatric setting, one of which is in a crisis setting, and currently enrolled in a masters program
