Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking multiple Per Diem Patient Care Coordinators for Atlantic Health System Investment Corp's AtHome Division located in Morris Plains to work 8:30am to 5:00pm, including possible weekends.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
The PD PCC supports the Customer Service team for AtHome Medical processing supply replenishment orders for patients in the home.
Training on-site in Morris Plains is required.
Work is remote and must have personal computer.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum Experience:
Candidate must have Call Center experience or the equivalent of working in a high call volume environment.
2+ years customer service experience. Knowledge of DME/Healthcare experience a plus
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid & commercial insurance coverage criteria.
Must be organized and have the ability to identify and solve problems.
Must possess excellent communication & computer skills.
Must be able to multi-task in a high pace environment.
Knowledge of CPR + computer system and/or home medical business products and policies are a plus, but not required.
