Manage Magnet reporting and documentation
Maintain Magnet readiness at all times
Integral part of Shared Governance
strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
Education:
BSN required
MSN preferred
Relevant Experience:
At least 5 Years of experience working in a Quality Improvement, Performance Improvement, or Magnet Coordinator role in a Magnet designated facility preferred.
Experience with NDNQI, patient satisfaction/HCAHPS measures and compliance.
Previous RN experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
