Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Program Manager for the Nursing Administration at Overlook Medical Center to work 8am-4:30pm.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Manage Magnet reporting and documentation
- Maintain Magnet readiness at all times
- Integral part of Shared Governance
- strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
Education:
- BSN required
MSN preferred
Relevant Experience:
At least 5 Years of experience working in a Quality Improvement, Performance Improvement, or Magnet Coordinator role in a Magnet designated facility preferred.
Experience with NDNQI, patient satisfaction/HCAHPS measures and compliance.- Previous RN experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
