Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking an experienced full time Medical Office Associate Urogynecology office, a part of Atlantic Medical Group, for coverage of all locations centrally located near Morristown. Front desk coverage mostly needed for Morristown and Rockaway locationsResponsibilities Essential Functions:The MOA will assume responsibility for front desk duties such as checking in/out patients daily, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing phones, collecting co-payments, verifying insuranceMedical Office Associate will also be obtaining referrals and authorizations, scanning documents into the electronic medical record, processing medical records requests, filing, faxing and other clerical duties as assigned
