Atlantic Health System is seeking Full Time Call Center - Certified Medical Assistant for our AMG Call Center, part of Atlantic Medical Group.
Hybrid option available upon managers discretion. Must be a Certified Medical Assistant to be considered for this role.
Our entry level offers start at $21.10 / hour and increase based upon experience.
Certified Medical Assistant's with practice experience are needed to assist in triaging calls and prioritizing urgent appointments.
A knowledge of physician practice workflows, appointment scheduling and triaging patient symptoms is essential.
Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred
MA Certification through AAMA, AMCA, NAHP, AMT, NCCT or NHA required.
Post graduate CMA experience preferred. EPIC EMR experience a plus.
