Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Medical Office Associate II for the Head & Neck Surgery department at Atlantic Medical Center to work 8:30AM - 4:30PM.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
The MOA will assume responsibility for managing phones, checking in patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, scanning documents into electronic medical record, scheduling radiology testing, scheduling pre-admission testing, authorizing testing with insurance companies and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma required
Minimum Experience:
Previous administrative experience in a physician practice strongly preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred
Computer skills essential
