Overview
Atlantic Health System is looking for New Grad Respiratory Therapists to work at MMC, OMC, CMC, HMC, NMC. **Please note that this job posting is for ALL Respiratory Therapy positions in AHS, and for full-time, part-time, and per diem.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- The respiratory therapist (RRT) applies scientific knowledge and theory to practical clinical problems of respiratory care
- The respiratory therapist will assume primary responsibility for all respiratory care modalities
- The respiratory therapist may be required to exercise considerable independent clinical judgment, under the supervision of a physician, in the treatment of patients with respiratory dysfunction
- Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
- Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
- Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Qualifications
Education:
- Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy
Required License:
- Pending or valid New Jersey RTLicense
Certifications:
BLS Required
