Atlantic Health System is seeking a part-time Community Outreach Coordinator for the Oncology Services / Women's Cancer Screening Department at Morristown Medical Center to work 8AM-4PM, including weekends for educational programs.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Responsible to coordinate community focused outreach, education and cancer screenings in the MMC service area.
Work with Manger to oversee NJCEED grant, assists in screening clinics with program staff, interfaces and establishes relationship with community service organizations.
Oversee outreach support staff and assists with navigation of patients in program. Attend relevant committees and community meetings.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
High School diploma or GED required
B.A, public health, health administration, social work or other relevant degree preferred
Minimum Experience:
3 years community outreach or equivalent experience desired
Licenses/Certification:
CHES Certification preferred
