Atlantic Health System is seeking full-time Certified Medical Assistant II for Primary Care Phillipsburg at Atlantic Medical Group to work varies shift.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

The will perform clinical as well as administrative tasks including managing phones, registering patients, scheduling appointments,

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) managing patient flow, rooming patients, vital signs, medication reconciliation

• CMA will be maintaining/prepping exam rooms, and other duties typical of a CMA in a physician practice.

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum Experience:

• Post externship physician practice experience preferred

• Prior EMR physician practice experience a plus

• Experience with EPIC desired

License/Certification:

• Medical Assistant certification through AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NCCT, NAHP, NHA required
