Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Patient Care Technician for the Cardiac Care Unit at Chilton Medical Center to work 7am-7pm, including every other weekend.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Assist in providing patient care - bathing, feeding, vital signs and documenting the care rendered in the electronic medical record
Performs EKG and phlebotomy for patients
Customer service skills essential
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum Experience:
Any previous technician experience preferred
3 months of related nursing assistant experience and /or CNA training
License/Certifications:
BLS certification required, or willing to obtain within ninety days of hire
