Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse for Davino 1 (ortho) at Morristown Medical Center to work 7pm-7:30am including one Saturday and one Sunday each.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Purpose, Respect, Innovation, Diversity and Inclusion and Extraordinary Caring) in every aspect of their job.
Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
BSN required
Minimum Experience:
1-2 years of Ortho Acute Care Experience
License/Certifications:
Valid New Jersey Nursing License required
BLS
Qualifications:
Must possess strong interpersonal skills, a desire to work in a team in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask
Must be a Team player willing to put the needs of our patients as top priority
Need for good communication skills
