Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse for Davino 1 (ortho) at Morristown Medical Center to work 7pm-7:30am including one Saturday and one Sunday each.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
- Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
- Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Purpose, Respect, Innovation, Diversity and Inclusion and Extraordinary Caring) in every aspect of their job.
- Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- BSN required
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years of Ortho Acute Care Experience
License/Certifications:
Valid New Jersey Nursing License required- BLS
Qualifications:
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, a desire to work in a team in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask
- Must be a Team player willing to put the needs of our patients as top priority
- Need for good communication skills
- Reliable and dependable
