Hospitalist position at a 25-bed critical access hospital with a small ICU
Flexible block schedule can be 7-on/7-off (or similar) to average 14 shifts per month
Shift will be 7 am - 7 pm on site and 7 pm - 7 am on call (if needed) by APPs covering nights
Manageable schedule as hospitalist is rarely called at night or called back
Typical inpatient census of 8 - 15 patients per day; 2 - 3 admissions per day
Full benefits, excellent shift rate, and quality/productivity incentives for $400k+ in earnings
