Responsibilities
Essential Function/Responsibilities:
AHS is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Cardiovascular Imaging Centers supporting office and imaging centers throughout the Atlantic Health System Morristown/Overlook/Chilton regions.
Selected candidate will be responsible for registration of patients, insurance verification, scheduling, and phone management.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum Experience:
Registration, insurance authorization and/or private practice front end experience preferred Experience with EPIC Cadence or Cupid strongly preferred.
Strong customer service skills
Candidate should be flexible with start and end time of day based on needs of patient scheduling.
Travel between sites in the AHS area may be is preferred based on staffing needs.
