Hodgeman County Health Center is looking for a breakfast cook to join our dietary team. The hours are from 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, rotating weekends. 

Under the direction of the Dietary Manager, Cooks are accountable for serving the residents and employees of HCHC.

Basic accountabilities include but are not limited to

• Completing daily and weekly cleaning duties and all other duties as assigned
• Prepares all assigned food items
• Provides food and beverage items as ordered
• Demonstrating a willingness to help and learn
• Cooks food as directed in the operational menu plan for the facility food service operations
• Prepares meals according to scheduling and sanitation standards
• Assists the Dietary Manager in maintaining adequate inventory and proper storage of all inventory items

High School Diploma or equivalent
