LAB MANAGER: Gove County Medical Center has a full-time opening for a Lab Manager. As the successful candidate, you will ensure that testing is properly performed and applicable regulatory standards are met. The Lab Manager will also be responsible for short and long-term planning, staffing, and development of the budget for the department. This position will establish policies, procedures, standards and objectives for the department consistent with the organizations goals and for the efficient operations of laboratory services.

To be a qualified candidate you must have minimum MLT schooling and at least three (3) years of experience in high complexity testing and all areas of a laboratory. Management experience is preferred, but not required.
