Job Summary: Manages, supervises, and coordinates the Admissions Department which includes registration, switchboard, and scheduling. Meets departmental financial standards and meets operational standards by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; and identifying system improvements. Oversees staffing to ensure adequate coverage and customer service plus conducts staff meetings at least 4 times annually. Develops and updates training programs to ensure personnel is adequately trained.
Job Qualifications: Must have a High School diploma or GED. Applicant should have 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
