Individual is responsible for oversite and processing of Active Directory object creation, deletion, and changes, ensuring integrity and accuracy of identity data. Individual is responsible for account lifecycle reviews which include access removal when individuals leave an organization or change job functions. Administers Active directory, Azure AD Connect, Microsoft Teams group management, and O365 Exchange Online mailboxes and services. Administer Windows Server Operating Systems. Configure, Maintain, Manage, and Troubleshoot MS Windows Server OS and associated components such as the Registry and Active Directory. Administrate remote access utilities and applications. Proactively monitor the operating system environments using provided toolsets. Identify and correct performance issues. Manage Server Clusters. Perform hardware and software technology refreshes as required Manage all incidents regarding functional areas. Administer and Manage Backup and Recovery functions for Windows Server environments. Analyze, monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose operating environments to ensure system optimization, confidentiality, integrity, availability, and functionality are within parameters. Secure operating environment to maintain compliance with published guidelines. Implement and sustain Active Directory security. Monitor and mitigate vulnerabilities. Support Security Audits. Conduct continuous reviews for remediation tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for maintaining Active Directory infrastructure.
Coordinates operations and support of Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Office 365 applications used by customer.
Account Provisioning utilizing standard industry tools such as Active Directory to setup and maintain user network access during associate life cycle management of access related Service Requests according to standard operating procedures and service level commitments.
Set up administrator and service accounts, maintains system documentation.
Implement, and report on system and end user activity and access audits. Assist with Internal Audit as it pertains to the effectiveness of IT security control environment.
Establish and maintain new and existing Email systems and their associated software configuration baseline data and documentation.
Provide administration of the following Office 365 applications: Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, and others in the O365 Suite as identified by the customer.
Implement O365 best practices for governance and settings for the various tools in the enterprise.
Provide support for Disaster Recovery efforts
Provide on call after hours support in emergency or planned maintenance scenarios.
Strictly complies with change control procedures and processes, including effective testing and validation.
Demonstrates knowledge of current software systems, operation procedures and technological developments.
Works with other Information Technology teams to coordinate and integrate systems,
Provides training and assistance for all systems users.
Maintain confidentiality and security of computer files.
Ensures procedures and processes are in place to back-up files and provide recovery in the event failures.
Maintains a good working relationship with outside consultants and vendors.
Maintains a good working relationship within the department and with other departments.
Consistently demonstrates a professional, self-directed approach to department responsibilities.
Assists and provides mentoring to other IT staff.
Performs on call duty as required.

B.S. in Computer Science or related subject, or equivalent experience preferred. System Administrator (1+ years) Technical certification preferred in relevant area (Microsoft Server MCP) Strong knowledge and experience in windows scripting tools and languages including Powershell for automation purposes.
