Career Center

Job Summary:  Provides technical support to all PRMC organization users.  Installs and maintains the organization's computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.  Sets up user accounts and profiles.  Troubleshoots problems that arise and resolves them in a minimally disruptive manner.  Assists with training end users. 

Job Qualifications:  A.A. from a 2 year college or university or equivalent from a techical school is required with 2 years experience.  Applicants must have knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 and newer,   Certifications such as A+, N+, CNA, CNE, MCSE, and CCNA are recommended but not required.  The ability to work well with others, and to have good personal and communication skills are a must.
