Atlantic Health System is currently seeking a Per Diem Certified Medical Assistant for the The Geriatric Assessment Center of is open Monday-Friday 9a-5p in Morristown NJ.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- The CMA will room patients, obtain vital signs, maintain an inventory of appropriate supplies, administer appropriate medications, ensure safe and efficient patient flow, facilitate safe transitions of care, organize the practice environment to assure patient safety and quality health outcomes, assist in maintenance of all department regulatory requirements, administrative tasks as needed, and contribute to designated quality measures.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma required
Qualifications/Requirements:
- MA certification through AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NCCT, or NHA required
- BLS required
- EPIC experience preffered
