The Referral Coordinator processes all outgoing and incoming referrals for PCP office with some specialty areas. It secures and tracks prior authorizations and assists with inpatient referrals and authorizations on occasion.
High school diploma or equivalent. (Required)
One year experience in office environment. (Required)
One year experience with referrals and/or prior authorization. (Required)
Exposure to AZ insurance companies, particularly state insurance programs. (Required)
Computer literate. (Required)
Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook. (Required)
