The role will be a split between Administrative (30%) and Clinical duties (70%).
Expected to cover a shift minimum and at the designated Urgent Care clinic as well as rotating one shift per month at each of the other BSWH Urgent Care locations in Dallas/Ft. Worth to assist with providing oversite and leadership to the local Care Team.
Serve as the liaison between system leadership, local clinic physicians and APP’s, and our urgent care clinics.
Work closely with the Director of Operations and other key operational and clinical leadership to align the urgent care clinics with system goals and metrics.
Create, standardize and review/update clinical protocols for the BSWH HTPN Urgent Care Clinics, as needed.
