You Will Be Responsible For:   

• Demonstrates teamwork by maintaining a cheerful, helpful, and service attitude toward all guests and co-workers.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with administrative representatives and leadership by communicating openly and completing projects in a timely manner.
• Responds to all verbal and written communication in a timely and professional manner.

• Keeps department manager informed of all pertinent activity.
• Completes specific analysis to keep management informed of monthly activity.

• Maintaining confidentiality of patient and business information,

• Accepts accountability for assigned tasks related to Financial Statement preparation, audit, budget preparation and analysis, administration and system analysis, and financial statement consolidation.

• Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to assure proper accounting standards.

• Resolving issues and problems as soon as they arise.

• Prioritizes workload to meet deadlines.
• Assists in gathering information and provides explanations as needed.

• Serves as a resource to other departments, managers, and others within the system on accounting issues.
