The Revenue Cycle Support Services Representative is responsible for functioning as the "conduit" of communication between all departments of the Centralized Business Services (CBS) and other departments within Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) including but not limited to Attorney Liaisons, Bankruptcy, and File Support Staff units. The Revenue Cycle Support Services Representative maintains and updates patient records for bankruptcy filings, maintains and complies with attorney requests, supports the Centralized Business Services and other departments by pulling data as requested for audits.
 
The ideal candidate is detailed oriented and has strong verbal and written communications skills.
