This Senior Social Worker provides a full range of psychodiagnostic services including assessment, and using the most appropriate, evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques in providing quality care in the delivery of a full range of psychological and multidisciplinary services in the outpatient Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), primarily at the Baltimore facility and at other VAMHCS locations as required. Duties include but are not limited to: Provides evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Works in the outpatient PTSD Clinical Team (PCT), delivering specialty services for the treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and related anxiety and trauma-spectrum disorders to Veterans from all eras of service, including recently returned Veterans. Assessment and referral services; design and preparation of diagnostic assessments, providing entry-level services for Veterans of all service eras, formulating and providing individual and group treatments, preparing initial and updated treatment plans, and planning for follow-up care after completion of treatment. Assessment and evaluation of suicide risk and completion of suicide safety plans as indicated. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Financial Disclosure Report: Not required
