Job Summary: Process invoices, order food, check-in orders, maintain inventory within established guidelines. Order supplies (paper & chemical). Monthly physical inventories. Prepare end of month reports. Plan and implement menu changes. Plan and serve special functions. Keep cafeteria and supply costs current. Supervise preparation, production and service of all meals. Train staff on safe food handling and time-saving methods. Day to day management of 4-6 employees, equipment and food service needs.
Job Qualifications: Must be a Certified Dietary Manager and have maintained continuing education. 1-2 years food service experience preferred with at least 1 year of management experience. Must have knowledge of quantity food preparation, ordering and menu planning. Good people skills and office management a must.
