Performs a variety of chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests and procedures and related duties, to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease, following established standards and practices.
Associates degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Medical Technology or equivalent
Required clinical internship in a MLT /CLT approved program
Registered or registry eligible MT/MLT approved program
