Reporting directly to the President, you will collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and growth, optimize operational processes and plans, allocating resources, driving financial performance, establishing priorities, developing policies for the departments effective management, and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance. What you will do:Work closely with the President and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organization's strategic plans, mission, vision, values, and pillars. Provide strategic guidance and leadership to operational departments to drive growth and sustainability.Oversee the day-to-day operations of Colorado Mountain Medical and Vail Health Clinics, including clinical services, administrative functions, facility management, and technology systems. Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Ensures quality patient care, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness through proper management of clinical support staff. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Develop and implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve clinical outcomes, patient safety, and service excellence.Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage operating budgets, revenue projections, and financial performance metrics. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and strategic investments to support organizational growth.Lead and mentor a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including directors, department managers, clinicians, and support staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning to attract, retain, and develop top talent.Hires, on boards and manages performance of direct reports; including but not limited to education plans, performance evaluations and performance issues of staff and providers. Identifies, develops, and evaluates staff education plans and department-based orientation and in-service education sessions. Serves as a liaison in problem-solving interdepartmental issues/concerns to foster communication and cooperation and to ensure effective service for patients. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and board members, as well as external partners, such as patients, payers, and community organizations. Serve as a key spokesperson for Colorado Mountain Medical and Vail Health Clinics and represent the organization at industry events and forums.Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with group physicians by responding to physician concerns and ensuring mutually satisfactory resolutions.
